Daniela Barros – Fashion Scout – Freemason’s Hall WC2 – London Fashion Week
I visited the event yesterday, it was the last of a few shows I was due to see on the third day of London Fashion week. I was there representing Models of Diversity mixing with the good and the great all closeting around outside huddling from the cold and usual delays of getting everyone into this imposing building. In contrast to the earlier show, the Vestibule Hall in the Freemason’s Hall was light and bright. I can’t really comment on the clothes, the designs seemed familiar with european style but nothing spectacular or jaw dropping. The models were as expected, white and thin, with clever hair styling over part of their faces. No models of colour, in fact very little variation in skin tone at all. In fact, maybe one model looked Portugues-ish, needless to say I wasn’t impressed, sorry.
Here are the images from this back to back event (the other designer was Joao Melo Costa). To scroll through the images just click them!
